How to understand the thread count of a screen printing mesh

thread count of a screen printing mesh

The thread count of a screenprinting mesh can be expressed in different ways.

For example: 230 Mesh – 90T

What do these numbers mean?

These are simply the units of measurement that are used in different countries.

The term “Mesh” is used in the US system.

The T (threads) measurement, on the other hand, is mainly used in Europe and indicates the number of threads per centimetre of mesh.
