Is it possible to remove screen-printed prints from a garment?

I have a set of sports garments and the prints on them have deteriorated.

It would be a waste to have to print on new garments, as these ones are in very good condition.

Is it possible to remove the prints and the thermo-adhesive vinyl numbers and then re-print on them?

Unfortunately, there is no method for removing screen-printed prints.

Heat-sealed vinyl designs can be removed by heating the material with a heat press, but this isn’t possible if the technique that’s been used is screen printing.
