I purchased some white Plastisol screen printing ink, in the description it says it’s ready to use, so it shouldn’t require any additives or diluting, but it’s very thick and difficult to use on the frame. How can I make it more liquid and easier to screen print with?

All inks vary in their viscosity, not just the Plastisol inks, it all depends on the characteristics of the different pigments.
To make Plastisol ink more liquid, it needs to be kept and used at approximately 20°C.
It then needs to be stirred very well before use: it’s a thixotropic material, so it’s rendered more liquid when vigorously shaken or agitated.
If it needs diluting, the dedicated Plastisol Additive 86 should be used, just mix them together until you obtain the required viscosity.
White ink, due to the pigment used, is always thicker than the other colours.
