Screen printing on collars and items made of BIOTHANE

I’d like to start my own business personalising animal collars that are made of biothane. Are there any particular inks that are suitable for this type of material?

We’ve carried out a number of tests on a biothane dog collar, our results showed that, of the screen printing inks available for sale on our website, the following are suitable for printing on this material: Serimat (matt finish), Serigloss (gloss finish) and Omnialux.

These inks gave excellent results after being left to dry for 24 hours at 20°C.

We always recommend that you carry out your own tests prior to starting production, as the composition of the material may be slightly different from the one that we tested.
