Many newbies in fact believe that applying very consistent pressure on the frame is the correct way to get the right amount of ink onto the frame.
Not only is this not the correct method, but it can also lead to inconvenience when printing.
In fact, excessive squeegee pressure can lead to smudging of our decor, also because we need to assess whether the consistency of the ink is correct.
In fact, if we apply excessive pressure with an overly diluted ink, for example, this will inevitably lead to smudging, regardless of the substrate on which it is printed.
Conversely, a poorly diluted ink will lead to more pressure, but this must still be judiciously dosed.
So it is never right to apply too much pressure just as it is never right to apply too little.
You have to find the right compromise.
