The ink that’s suitable for cotton, and which dries at room temperature is Texprint Mono.
It has a tendency to dry on the screen, so the maximum mesh count should be 55T and the printing speed should be quite quick.
We suggest to ensure that the screen area occupied by the design is always covered by 2-3 mm of ink, this helps slow down the drying process.
Although Texprint Mono dries in just a few minutes when exposed to the air and becomes completely solid after 72 hours, we suggest ironing the prints with a warm iron to eliminate any remaining dampness: place a sheet of greaseproof paper between the iron and the ink.
